Explore Two Rivers

A strong sense of Lake Michigan’s vibrant past as a fishing and shipping hub can be found in Two Rivers. Still active as a deep-water sport fishing port with abundant opportuities to catch thefish of a life time by booking a charter fishing trip.  Two Rivers captures the spirit of its heritage with historic buildings throughout the city, public art such as the Spirit of The Rivers and events. It also takes pride in being the birthplace of the ice cream sundae, invented here in 1881. Taste the history for yourself at the Washington House – part museum and part soda fountain. For outdoor relaxation and recreation, spend the day with your crew enjoying Neshotah Beach. One of the many beaches with the sweeping sand and gourgous views that line the city’s shoreline or visit Rawley Point Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse on the Great Lakes at Point Beach State Forest.  Two Rivers is a nature lovers paradise, featuring Woodland Dunes Nature Center and Van der Brohe Arboretum and Bird Sanctuary.
